EXERCISE ENHANCES SEXUAL DESIRABILITY AND PERFORMANCE.

Exercise enhances sexual desirability and performance

In a recent study of undergraduate students, researchers found that women were more sexually responsive following 20 minutes of vigorous exercise. Among males, short intense exercise is linked with increased testosterone levels, which may stimulate sexual interest and behavior. Both male and female participants reported above average perception of sexual desirability and performance when they exercised 4-5 days a week. Furthermore, a Harvard University study of male and female swimmers in their 40s and 60s showed a positive relationship between regular physical activity and the frequency and enjoyment of sexual intercourse.
